HOW CAN I BOOK A COURSE?

WHEN DO WE HAVE TO PAY?

Payment takes place right after the registration in order to confirm your seat.

MUCH DO WE HAVE TO PAY?

Each course has its price under the course description and syllabus. Please, note that the registration should be paid at the beginning for the course material and library on the platform.

DO WE HAVE TO PAY THE REGISTRATION FEES?

Yes, the registration fees paid once at the beginning cover the e-book and the platform usage, which includes a weekly updated library.

HOW MANY STUDENTS ARE THERE IN THE GROUP?

ESP courses are made up of groups of 10 students, but the English language courses are made up of groups of 7 students maximum.

WHAT PLATFORM IS USED FOR TEACHING?

The platform used for delivering the live sessions is the following: https://engforsp.iteach.world in order to log in to the course and to use the library and quizzes space as published by the tutor, you need to be registered and have paid already.

CAN I WITHDRAW FROM THE COURSE AND GET A REFUND ‘PAYBACK’ AFTER HAVING REGISTERED AND PAID?

Yes, you can get the total amount of money back, except the registration as we would have already ordered your textbook and private platform space. Kindly, note that after having attended the first session, you can withdraw also, but we extract 100 DH for that session. However, if you attend more than one session, we do not refund the course amount of money as we consider the first session to be sufficient for you to decide whether the course is for you or not.

WHAT LEVEL DO I HAVE TO HAVE TO REGISTER IN AN ESP CLASS?

To register in an ESP class, you need to have a good working knowledge of English, an A2 level or above. However, if you don’t, we do offer a General English Course on a daily basis (intensive) in order for you to catch up and join your ESP course. WHAT REQUIREMENTS DO I NEED TO MEET TO REGISTER FOR A COURSE ONLINE ON ENGFORSP?

Two criteria need to be met in order for you to be able to join one of our courses and benefit from it:

Having a good working knowledge of English language
Having a reliable internet connection

ARE COURSES RECORDED?

No, courses are not recorded, because of the copyright reasons as well as the fact that students need to interact during the live sessions and make sure to take notes by themselves.

HOW CAN WE CONTACT THE TUTOR?

The platform allows you to contact your tutor privately if you have a question. However, you are advised to ask any questions that you have during the live session.

ARE COURSES CERTIFIED?

Courses are certified for those who take the course for the period of six months as this is the period where the student has accumulated the important terminology related to his or her area of expertise and is assumed to have mastered it in relation to the 4 skills of English.
