WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR ?

General English Level 2 is designed for learners between A2 and B1 levels aiming to enhance their vocabulary, grammar, and overall communication skills. The course covers everyday situations like shopping, traveling, and socializing, with vocabulary focused on food, hobbies, work, and health. Learners will also practice basic phrasal verbs and common expressions.

 

Activities target all four core skills—speaking, listening, reading, and writing—with an emphasis on fluency and pronunciation. By the end, learners will confidently handle more complex situations, narrate events, and engage in conversations with greater fluency and accuracy.

COURSE'S MAIN FOCUS

  •  

    1. Expanding Vocabulary: Learners will broaden their vocabulary related to everyday topics such as travel, food, shopping, and work, while also learning useful expressions and phrasal verbs for more natural communication.
    2. Improving Grammar: Key grammar areas will include the correct use of past tenses (past simple, past continuous), the present perfect, comparatives and superlatives, and future forms (will, going to). These will help learners’ express actions and events in the past, present, and future with more precision.
    3. Enhancing Speaking Skills: Students will engage in conversations to practice fluency, pronunciation, and the ability to express opinions, make requests, and give advice. Role-playing common scenarios and improving confidence in spoken English will be central.
    4. Developing Listening, Reading, and Writing: Learners will work on listening to simple conversations and understanding key details, reading short texts for main ideas, and writing clear, short messages like emails or descriptions, focusing on accuracy and coherence.
