WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR ?

Our Cooking and Catering English course is offered to any professional, employee, or university student entering the job market and is willing to learn English while acquiring the terminology required for the cooking and catering environment.
The course is designed to provide the learners with career-oriented content and terminology based on the most common kitchen and catering scenarios and situations required to navigate the culinary workplace confidently. Learn to follow recipes, communicate in a kitchen setting, and interact with customers and team members while speaking the language professionally.

COURSE'S MAIN FOCUS

1. Basic food vocabulary: Learn the food types and names, cooking techniques, and different types of diets as well as the common topics related to food tastes and preferences.

2. Basic Kitchen and Staff Vocabulary: Learn the most common words of the kitchen items as well as the staff positions based on the ranking in addition to the different serving techniques.

3. Basic Customer  Interaction:  Learn about the most common complaints from clients, expressions used to appease and solve issues in case of conflict in addition to basics of take orders.

Course Times & Duration
